Vice President/General Manager
Kurt grew up in Bakersfield in and around the pump and farming industry. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, he spent six years in finance and lending in Los Angeles. Since then, he has gathered several years of experience in the Ag Tech space throughout California’s coast and valley before landing a position with SA Camp in 2016.
Sales Engineer
Don has more than 20 years of experience in the pump and drilling industry, first with Shafter Concrete and its affiliates and now with S.A. Camp Pump and Drilling since 2003. His expertise is in well drilling, pipelines, reservoir construction as well as pumps.
Sales Engineer
Jose started with SA camp in 2023, previously having a career in Farm Management. He has gained experience in all aspects of farming since graduating from Cal State Bakersfield. He also holds his CCA, PCA, and QAL licenses and was a member of the 2023 American pistachio leadership program. He currently holds a position as a sales engineer and has become an asset to our team.
Purchasing
John was the former general manager of Shafter Concrete and its affiliate, Ag-Water. Through his over 20-year career, he has developed an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the pump and drilling industry. For the company, he specializes in purchasing and inventory control as well as sales support.
Sales Engineer
Zach grew up in and around Bakersfield. After graduating from San Jose State with a degree in Geology, he enjoyed five years in the construction services industry before taking a position as a Sales Engineer. Since then, He has gained extensive knowledge during his time being around the S.A. Camp Pump and Drilling team. His eagerness to serve his customers to the best of his ability has made him an asset to the team.
Shop Superintendent
Starting in 2007 with S.A Camp, Pete has worked his way into the superintendent role after serving in multiple roles within the company. His job entails managing our incredible staff and working hand in hand with our sales department.
